How long does it take for my order to ship?

Each conjure oil and ritual candle is handcrafted and infused for a minimum of 14 days to ensure potency and effectiveness. Because of this, orders typically take 14-20 days to process before shipping. Candles are also made in small batches with care, so processing times may vary slightly. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Please note: Weekends, federal holidays, and observed holidays are not counted as business days. All spelled items are handmade to order in small batches by a single practitioner, so we appreciate your patience and understanding as your order is carefully prepared.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Because our oils require a minimum of 14 days to infuse, we do not offer expedited processing. We believe in crafting our products with intention and patience, ensuring they are fully prepared before reaching you. If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend placing it well in advance.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping provider first. If you need assistance, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. If you are outside our shipping areas and interested in our products, feel free to reach out, and we’ll see if accommodations can be made.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Because each item is handmade to order and spiritually prepared, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after the initial 24-hour window. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.

Every ingredient is chosen for its spiritual properties and blended with intention. We do not use synthetic fragrances in our conjure oils—only pure essential oils and natural botanicals.

How should I use my ritual candle or conjure oil?

Each product comes prayed over and ready for use, but you should always set your own intention before working with it.

  • Candles: Burn in a safe space while focusing on your desired outcome. Some choose to carve names, dress candles with additional herbs, or speak affirmations.
  • Oils: Apply to the body (if skin-safe), anoint candles, tools, or petition papers. Always perform a patch test before applying to skin.

Are your candles and oils skin-safe?

Our conjure oils are made with pure essential oils, herbs, and natural carriers, but we always recommend performing a patch test before applying to the skin. Some oils may contain potent herbs that can cause sensitivity. Our ritual candles are made with high-quality wax and natural wicks, but they are intended for spiritual use only, not as body candles. Keep all products away from the eyes and mouth, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it. However, once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or issue a refund

What if my package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, we can reship it at your expense. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees caused by incorrect addresses. If you believe there was a carrier issue, please contact the shipping provider directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ApplePay, Google Payments. Payments must be completed at checkout, and orders will not be processed until payment is received. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.
