Daydream

Somewhere along the way, imagination can become almost entirely practical. Thoughts revolve around what needs to be done, what comes next, what needs solving, and what can realistically happen. Even dreaming starts to feel like it needs a purpose.

Daydream was created to make room for the mind to wander again.

Use it when you want to loosen your attachment to practicality for a while and return to curiosity, fantasy, creativity, possibility, and the pleasure of imagining something simply because it delights you. There is no requirement to turn those thoughts into plans or make them productive afterward.

Daydream is especially suited to creative work, periods of mental stagnation, or simply creating space for a richer inner world when everyday responsibilities have occupied too much of it.

Not every thought needs somewhere to go.

Some are allowed to be beautiful places to visit.
