🛑 Important Processing & Shipping Information, Please Read Before Ordering

All products are handmade, spiritually prepared, and created by a single practitioner. Because of this, all orders require a processing time of 21–30 business days before shipping.
Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or observed holidays.

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Once your order is handed to USPS or DHL, delivery speed is determined solely by the carrier.

You will receive an automatic email confirmation when your order is placed and a separate email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your package is handed off to USPS, DHL, or any other carrier, it enters their system and delivery updates are entirely managed on their end. If your tracking shows delays, missing scans, or a delivery issue, the carrier is always the best first point of contact, they can look inside their system in ways I cannot from my end.

I’m always willing to help where I’m able, but I do ask that customers complete those initial steps with the carrier before reaching back out. This helps prevent duplicate shipments and ensures we’re not replacing orders that may still be in transit.

If the carrier confirms your package is lost, misdelivered, or requires additional action, please forward that information and I’ll assist you with next steps.

Custom Orders

Custom items require additional preparation.
All custom items carry an additional processing period of up to 30 business days.
If your order contains both standard and custom products, the entire order ships together once all items are complete.

Order Policies

Because each item is handcrafted, spiritually charged, and made to order:

• All sales are final after the first 24 hours.
• We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after the 24-hour window.
• By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines and policies.

If you are unable to wait the full processing period or disagree with these terms, please do not place an order at this time.
