Fighter

There is a particular kind of shame that comes from being seen at your worst.

You made the mistake publicly. You said the wrong thing. You trusted the wrong person. You stayed too long, reacted badly, fell apart, got exposed, got dragged, got judged. Maybe people forgave you. Maybe they didn’t. Either way, you still have to live with yourself after everybody else has had their opinion.

Fighter is for that part.

Inspired by the defiant, bruised, becoming-something-new energy of Stripped, Fighter is a self-forgiveness and reclamation working for anyone trying to come back to themselves after scrutiny, embarrassment, criticism, or a very public lesson.

This is not an oil for pretending nothing happened. It is for being able to look directly at what happened without allowing it to become your permanent identity.

Use Fighter when you need help releasing shame, quieting the imaginary audience in your head, forgiving the version of yourself who did not know better yet, and separating “I did something I regret” from “there is something wrong with me.”

It is especially suited for:

• recovering after public mistakes or embarrassment
• being heavily criticized, judged, exposed, or talked about
• rebuilding confidence after a reputation hit
• releasing obsessive replaying of what you “should have” done
• forgiving yourself for choices made from fear, grief, anger, desperation, or ignorance
